Craig Cassioppi, Chief Operating Officer

Raised in and around the New Orleans area, Craig has been in the hospitality industry his entire career. After starting off in hotels, he transitioned to working with independent restaurants. For the past 20 years he has worked as general manager, director of operations, and as a consultant. Craig is driven by a desire to see restaurateurs realize their dreams. His enthusiasm and a deep knowledge of food-service operations has helped Craig to open over 25 businesses ranging from fine-dining restaurants to food court stalls. Craig worked with Barre Tanguis to open St. Roch Market in New Orleans.
